Operating as a paratransit service, Spec-Trans requires riders to schedule their shared curb-to-curb transportation at least one day in advance, ensuring a smooth and coordinated travel experience. Riders enrolled in the Spec-Trans program have the benefit of being able to travel with their service animals, making it easier for them to engage in daily activities and maintain their independence.
