Rides through the Inter-City Bus Service must be scheduled in advance, with a minimum of 72 hours notice required. Deviations from the standard routes can be accommodated with a 24-hour advance notice, within a ½ mile radius of a published stop. Transportation is provided via bus or train, offering shared rides for added convenience. The program offers curb-to-curb service, allowing riders to be picked up and dropped off at their desired locations. Service animals are permitted on board, ensuring that riders with assistance animals can access the program without barriers.
